Develops all content personalization strategies and use cases for sephora.com. Partners with Data Science and Engineering to build out an internal customer data platform that can support personalized experiences on site. Built requirements for back end enhancements to enable front end dynamic content personalization on a 1:1 basis. Partners with CRM to develop life cycle messaging touch points on site to drive specific client behaviors. Developed the site personalization messaging strategy leveraging client data such as birthday, browse behavior, abandon shopping cart, omni channel transactions and brand affinity.
