Sephora Targeted Promotions

In an effort to reduce the dependency on large scale promotions, we leveraged data science models and an multi-armed bandit algorithm to target clients with relevant promotions that would move specific KPIs and drive CLV. I partnered with CRM and engineering to develop a dynamic content experience on desktop, mobile web and app that would display distinct promos to qualified clients at the right time. This new technology was key to supporting the cross-channel expansion of targeted promotions to push and paid media resulting in a huge return in incremental revenue.
